You’ve been training hard, your body and mind are ready, and you still haven’t decided on a key factor– the diet during your competition day. For most athletes their day-to-day training diet should be similar to their day of competition, however, there can be extra challenges when it comes to nutrition during competition. I can provide dietary support programs to help you achieve personal best performances in competition.


To develop strength, you require a nutritional program that supports the physical aspect. As part of my program, I have added a complimenting evaluation and training segment to educate and determine which areas you can improve and develop your fitness triangle.

Antonya Raymond

Antonya is a graduate from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver, BC. She received a Holistic Orthomolecular Specialist designation after completing the Applied Nutrition Program in 2017. Through her education, she has studied the structure of living a healthy life and strongly believes that the key to being a successful dancer, performer, and instructor is 80% nutrition – 20% movement – 100% attitude. Antonya’s mission is to create a tailored optimal health program that promotes longevity and balance for her clients. Her focus is to instruct and inspire others who have a passion for dance through a healthy lifestyle.
