Antonya Raymond, Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP)

Antonya is a graduate from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver, BC. She received a Holistic Orthomolecular Specialist designation after completing the Applied Nutrition Program in 2017. Through her education, she has studied the structure of living a healthy life and strongly believes that the key to being a successful dancer, performer, and instructor is 80% nutrition – 20% movement – 100% attitude. Antonya’s mission is to create a tailored optimal health program that promotes longevity and balance for her clients. Her focus is to instruct and inspire others who have a passion for dance through a healthy lifestyle.

My Approach

My program’s focus is understanding the connection your body has towards movement and helping you give it what it needs internally to stay vital throughout daily life. By looking at all aspects of your lifestyle that contribute to a physical, mental and emotional improvement, I can design a guide that is individual and realistic to your goals and plans for a stronger and healthier self.

You’ve been training hard, your body and mind are ready, and you still haven’t decided on a key factor– the diet during your competition day. For most athletes their day-to-day training diet should be similar to their day of competition, however, there can be extra challenges when it comes to nutrition during competition. I can provide dietary support programs to help you achieve personal best performances in competition.

To develop strength, you require a nutritional program that supports the physical aspect. As part of my program, I have added a complimenting evaluation and training segment to educate and determine which areas you can improve and develop your fitness triangle.
